"ddfd" could mean so many different things. it just depends on how the person views that. it's probably some acronym your friend made up. just ask her what it means next time you guys talk! i hope i helped.

If you really aren't sure, ask her, because I've searched for ddfd, but the only searches which came up are ddf, which means:
1.) "Drug and Disease Free."
2.) "Acronym: Distant Distortion Factor
When a girl looks good further away, but not up close."

Are you taking this out of context? Be more specific. Is she IMing you or saying it out loud? Is she really saying "ddfd" or is it some noise you cannot make out?
