I have a book on health and beauty so I had a look in it for you. It says that you should wash your hair, at most every three days, as any more than this strips the hair of its natural oils, drying it and ultimately increasing the amount of oil produced by the follicles.

I suppose every other day is fine. I could never go a day without washing my hair though. Ha, that's just me.

generally, every other day is healthy because it's not stripping your hair of its natural oils and stuff. however, i have 2 hours of marching band practice every morning so my hair reeks if i don't wash it every day. it depends on your hair type and stuff. if you have curly hair, you shouldn't wash it every day. if your hair gets uber greasy uber quick, then wash it every day. but i wash mine every day because otherwise i feel dirty.

Washing your hair every other day is perfectly fine. Also switch shampoos & conditionars once in a while.

Hey-
The maximum amount would probably be 4 times.. maybe 5..
Yes.. grease in your hair is healthy.. to a certain extent...
You can wash your hair once every two days.. that way- you're hair isn't too clean...
But.. you can still take a shower everyday.. that is fine..

Hope I helped!
