My sisters fiance recently broke up with her and she is now living back in my house with my parents. (im sixteen and my sister is 18) I feel bad because she crys alot and seems really lonely. What are some things i can do for her or activities i can do with her that would make her feel better?

But being there for her, talking to her if she ever needs to, really helps. I'm not saying go up to her and ask "do you want to talk" because sometimes that makes it worse. Also activites like going swimming, going paintballing (not with the guns) go carting, exc. Yes, they might seem a little childish, but hey, they are still fun :) It might help her mind around it.
