MelLeDisko answered Saturday August 26 2006, 8:11 pm: Yeah, you're at a good weight for your height and everything. But, it could still be an eating disorder. Compulsive Eating Disorder. It's whenever people, instead of expressing their emotions and letting them out, or if they're under alot of stress, start to eat more than they normally would. Sometimes, whenever I am really angry or sad about something, I start to pig out alot on ice cream instead of crying or something.
Read it, and see if there's anything on there you can relate to, and you just might have it. To be sure, I would maybe try asking your doctor and see if he knows what is the matter. I just checked two weight charts on google for people who're 5'3" and if you DO have this, or some type of over-eating disorder, then you should be really lucky because most people with one tend to be overweight. But then again, you said you're eating healthy foods. So at least you're not chowing down on lots and lots of junk food. I hope I helped. <3 [ MelLeDisko's advice column | Ask MelLeDisko A Question ]
