hey im 15/f. You know the girls in the tv commericals for say eyeshadow. I love how some of them have glitter eyes and makes them look soo pretty. Is there any cheap eyeshadow glitter that i could use? How exactly would u apply it. Im not sure if eye color matters but i have brown eyes, and light brown hair. Most convientent places for me are say Wal*mart, Target, Kohls, etc. Thanks any advice is appreciated!!!
DancinCutie08 answered Thursday August 24 2006, 2:28 pm: I saw people mentioned maybelline but also kohls brand flirt have very shimmery glitter like eyeshadows. they arent as glittery as one ones on tv but are much more practical for school and day to day wear [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
