ok im a cheerleader and im learnign some of my routine right now and i thought i was doing pretty good and some girls on my team said im doing wicked good too but then i was talking to one of my guy friends who is friends with the guy i like they both do football and then my guy friend i was on the phone with him hes like no affence but you kind of suck. and idk im wondering if i do. i dont want my crush to think that since hes like the best football player on the team.

what are some tips and ideas to make me a better cheerleader and to get a little skinnyer.
Ill rate really high. and give your colums to my friends.

okay well either your teammates are lying or those guys have no idea what they are talking about i am guessthing they dont know what they are talking about. cause well i am on a 1st place winning team and our bball team and fbteam still say we suck badly. so i guess they dont know what they are saying. but basicly just stretch at least twice a day for at least 20 minutes and also do crunch's ((not sit ups)) do at least 200 everyday. and if your a base and still want to be a better tumbler i suggest 50 push ups twice a day and do toe raises on the stairs for a total of 5 minutes a day. Its a lot but its all worth it in the end.

if i were you i wouldnt listen to him, i mean i'd be thinking too if i really was bad but guys they are such jerks they dont know what they are talking about. also with your crush you shouldnt just impress him just from your cheerleading. but if you really think that being a really good cheerleader will help with impressing him then go ahead.

if you want to get skinnier i'd suggest eating healthier and if you know pilates or anything easy-to-do excersizes do it. and eat slower.. it helps. hope i helped you.
