detox i was wondering what you could tell me about detox plans for your body. are you allowed to eat food, or is it moslty just water and the stuff listen below? any other information or websites would be great.

Detox "diets" have never ever been shown to have any kind of positive effect on the body by ANY FDA approved study and have, in fact, shown to have negative consequences. ]
just because beyonce did it doesn't mean you have to do it too. it will not work and it is extremly unhealthy, as the other person said. the ONLY healthy way to lose weight is to diet and eat right. this will make you gain weight in the long run.
fad diets are dumb. ]
You're allowed to have broth too, and it really helps. But the detox plan you've listed is extremely unhealthy and will also make you gain weight from bloating. I recommend this book:
