I'm Writing a Novel

Question Posted Tuesday August 22 2006, 7:47 pm

I am currently writing a novel. I have about 70-80 pages done, and will soon need a title. The novel focuses mainly around the topic of self-injury, more specifically, cutting. Do any of you have an idea for a title? If I use it, and make any money off of the book, I'd be willing to give you a portion of the money. Any ideas?

try to be a little empathetic with the title, and dont make it totaly obvious the book is about self harm, this puts some people off. maybe something like ... 'slipping' from experience, that can be how self harm can feel, as if youre slipping away, or into something. maybe you could make it a little longer?

Congrats on writing a novel!
I know that is a lot of work!

Here's a couple of things I thought of:
Just One More Cut (if written in 1st person)
No One Has to Know... (first person)
My Secret Pain (first person)

Hope I helped!
