around the house items you can feed cats in a pinch:

kittens:

baby food in meat flavors (mashed)
soymilk (do NOT let your cats drink regular milk. cats are lactose intolerant and you'll end up with a pukey cat).

cats:

just about anything.

I'm taking a shot in the dark here, but I'd try cat food...?

Or give them tuna fish. No milk though, unless you know for sure that the cat's not lactose intoleant.
