CUCUMBERS!
I am growing lots of cucumbers. Been getting bored of just eating them in salads and so are our neighbours!
Was hoping someone out theres got some interesting recipes?

Here are some good sandwhiches you can make with cucumbers, and they are delcious.
Spread humas on a tortilla, with some green onion, cucumber, sherred carrots, lettuce. Yum!
or
2 slices of ciabatta bread with tomatoe, red onion, cucumber, grilled porabellas, mozzaerella cheese, humas and ranch, then toast it. vry goood:]
Or
Use ciabatta bread with turkey, cheddar cheese, red onions, cucumber, guacamole... and toast it. its really good.

Have you tried putting them in vinegar? It's REALLY good. It's not hard to do if you haven't before.
