eye make up

Question Posted Wednesday August 16 2006, 9:01 am

I've tried doing my eye make up a lot of times but it just never looks right. I love this girls eye make up right here, and I'm wondering what she did to make it look so pretty and what she used. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) How do I get my eye make up like hers??

Okay well firstly if you have purple eyeliner (eyeshadow might work too) apply it under your eye, not on the inside of the lid, but right under. Then put a thin line of it on your top lids too, close to the eyelashes. It looks like she used blueish gray eyeshadow so apply that just to the lid of your eyes. After putting on the blue/gray eyeshadow I would probably take show purple and put just a little on the inner corner of your eyes and try to blend it into the blueish gray. I can't really tell what she did on the outer corner of her eyes, so whatever you think looks best. Then put a thin line of black eyeliner on the inner lid of your bottom eyes. (I know that isn't the best idea, but it looks like that's what she did.) Then mascara on the top eyelashes for sure, and if you want also on the bottom.

for the eyeliner just get a black eye pencil. you need to put a line of black liner on the inside of your eye. like that thin line of your eyelid. then it looks like she is wearing a shimmery silvery blue eyeshadow color. so just put that all over the lid of your eye. DO NOT go up to your brown. stop once you reach the crease of your eye. then you need to apply two coats of black mascara and viola! your done! good luck. but this look will look the best with blue eyes. if you have brown eyes then i would replace the blue eyeshadow with a green shimmery shade. and if you have green eyes, use a shimmery brown.

good luck! and have fun with it :]

you put a thin line of of black eyeliner all the way around your eye. They you put purple eye shadow all the way around your eye making sure it is even. Then likely go over some of the purple on the top with blue
