Look at it this way, if it weren't this teddy bear, it would be something else. If she enjoys masturbating, then she will do it regardless. It might seem a tad off the wall, but kids will be kids and you shouldn't expect anymore of them. I would just be thankful that she covers her desires in a responsible manner. How old is your sister? Sex with a teddy bear yes very different & all the teddy bears i own have a bump as a nose lol. its not harmful. If she around 13 tell her what masturbation is. Its more normal then practicing with teddy bears.
