ok i really want to lose about 35-50pounds.im 5'8 and 170 lbs.am i to big.every one says im not fat because i cary it really well.and i do.also there is this guy i really like could this be a reason he does not like me?pleazz tell me any good diets to stay on.i run 1 mile every morning and eat preety good.i am in basketball and run about 8 laps around our football field every day in athletics.thanxxx

caramella answered Sunday August 13 2006, 2:52 am: well,if you want the truth then,yeah you kinda are overweight,(im telling you this so you can be more inspired to lose weight for yourself and for the guy you like)but its great that you do all these exercises,just never stop because if you do,youll gain what youve lost.in exercise if you stop,the muscles you built turn into fat so dont stop.as for what you eat,no junk especially soda!!that is like a diets worst enemy!!drink 2 cups of water before any meal cuz itll make you feel bloated quicker and youll get full fast.never drink while eating,because that makes your stomache fat.hope i helped! It all depends on your body type and if you have muscle. I think what you're doing now is sufficient, maybe you could do something in the afternoon as well since you run in the morning.
Also, if a guy doesn't like you because of your weight, then you don't want him to like you at all. Don't change because of a guy, only change for yourself and to be more healthy. Trust me, there are PLENTY of guys who will like you despite how much you weight.
