so this guy asked me out today i didnt kiss him goodbye but i hugged him should i feel bad?
and also this one girl is always ALL over him..

No, it's fine that you didn't kiss him. It was probably good that you didn't because you guys just started going out today.
As for the girl, I would wait to like talk to the girl or him about it since you guys haven't been together very long. I would wait like a week or something and see how she acts. And if she is all over him, go up to her and say, "i'm going out with this guy and I like him. so could you please stop being all over him?" and if she doesn't stop go to your boyfriend and talk to him and say that you don't like it when she's all over you and ask him to tell her to back off a little.

hey! dont worrie about not kissing him goodbye aftter all he has only just asked you out! if he liked you enough to ask you out he should like you enough to do anything with this lass you need to trust that he wont as if he fel your jelous or protective over him it might come across to him as obsessive and that might force him to go with the other girl

Why should you feel bad? He JUST asked you out, so no, you don't have to kiss him yet. Get to know him before you start getting closer pyhsically. And about the other girl being all over him, does he like that? If so, I would probably talk to him about that, because if you are going to be dating him you want to make sure he is not going to cheat on you with other girls while you're in the relationship.
If he doesn't like that she's all over him, tell him to tell her to buzz off.
