I got a terrible hair cut about a few months ago. The lady cut 4inches off, and layered it. However, the layers are all uneven and super choppy. It looks like I did it myself, with a blindfold on! How do I disguise the layers?
My hair isn't long enough to cut it even yet.
Straightening it doesn't work, but I don't
always want to wear it in a pony tail!
Thanks so much.
(2 inches below my shoulders, medium thickness, wavy)

In the mean time though, straighten it and put half up and half down so it won't be noticeable :)
Don't worry. Your hair will grow faster than you think. [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]

It would actually look better than you think. You can do this until it's long enough to cut again to your liking. [ Brandi_S's advice column | Ask Brandi_S A Question ]

If you want it straight however, you can put the layers in the front up and leave the rest down. It'll hide the layers and still be straight and cute.
You could also curl it and wear it all down or half up, half down. You can part it to the side. That'll make the layers look less choppy. Flipping the ends of your hair either in or out works as well plus it looks super cute and girly.
Messy buns are also cute and you don't have to worry about the length or layers. Just play around with your hair and see what you like. Good luck!
And if I were in your shoes, I'd either ask for my money back or get them to fix the cut for free whenever it grows out enough. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
