Try Target or Forever 21. I found these on Target.com:

They only have it in black online but I've seen it instore.
If you do get it, one suggestion: don't wear white and cream together- maybe a brown shirt and cream overshirt or white and white instead.

Whoever that is, I love her Burberry purse :D.
Anyway, she's wearing a plain white tank top and a sheer cover over it. I've seen that cover, or something extremely similar, at Forever21. I saw it last year, though. But, I'm sure if you look around that store, you'll find something pretty darn close to it if they don't have that same one in stock anymore. Forever21 always has things like that.
