My Period ?? ...
So, I have pubic hair and discharge. I don't have arm-pit hair, why? My mom says it will come after I start but I don't know when I will. I'm 14 and that's when my mom started so when will I?

Everyone starts their period at different times and you're lucky you haven't started yet.
Since you're starting to get discharges you should be starting soon so if school starts anytime soon and you still havent started, make sure to bring around pads or tampons to school.
Since your mom stared around 14, you probably will too.
And about the armpit hair. It usually grows because of your perspiration and too keep your skin from rubbing against each other making it painful sometimes when you sweat
Don't worry about it and hope you can put a stop on your period for a while =X
