Would marijuana or other drugs show up on a regular medical blood test for various infectioses diseases?

Those tests won't show THC levels or blood alcohol levels because they are disease tests.
They can, however if they take a vile of blood to send in for drug/alcohol level tests.
Usually they take separate viles for different tests because some tests require the blood to be whole and some require the blood to be separated. I can't tell you if it is whole blood or separated blood they use for drug testing. [ Brandi_S's advice column | Ask Brandi_S A Question ]

Even if they do find it, doctors are legally required to keep that kind of information confidential (unless you sign a paper saying they can disclose it so someone, like you would for a drug test). The doctors probably wouldn't be too concerned if they did find some marijuana (as long as it isn't a hard drug), you might get a lecture from them but they certainly won't haul you off to jail.
