Moop answered Thursday August 10 2006, 10:10 pm: are you a vegan? if not, then you probably should be. animal rights starts with the individual. as a vegan myself, I listen to the vegan freaks podcast (www.podcast.veganfreaks.com). they generally have interviews with big names in the animal rights movement which can help you become more aware of the suffering of animals. as well, they occasionally address teens wishing to help animals and talk with a lot of organizations.
