Thank God you've got your boyfriend to help you, but there are ways to gain the weight back if that's what you want to do.
For one, make sure that the things you eat are very filling if you don't plan on eating much. Also, try planning what you'll eat during the day. Try making it a goal on what you'll eat. There are also shakes that can help you gain weight, you can find them in pretty much health department in a store.
Try not to cut down on that food. Eat as much as everyone else. Maybe even make it a goal to fit into those clothes that seem to be getting bigger and bigger.

AdviceAbby answered Wednesday August 9 2006, 9:26 pm: Geez, I have never been anorexic so I don't know mush but here it goes. Even though you are not hungry still try to eat, mabye for the first day eat a slim fast bar. You can eat and not gain weight. Then eat a little more the next day. And on the 3rd day fit exersize into you day...If this doesn't work go to the doctor, maybe bring along your boyfriend for comfort... [ AdviceAbby's advice column | Ask AdviceAbby A Question ]
