My friend and I were talking the other day and the subject of food and weight came up. She says one way she looses weightand keeps it off and still gets to 'taste' whatever she wants is by chewing up the food and then spitting it out. Now, she doesnt do this for everything, just like chocolate and candy ect. Not like apples and everything healthy...but I was wondering if this really works, or does the fatty stuff still get in your body. Thanks.
Saynotogymclass answered Tuesday August 8 2006, 7:16 pm: I wouldn't think that the fatty substances would get in your body. Maybe just the sugar. But why would you want to do that to yourself?? That's torture! I don't suggest you try it. In fact, not eating substantial food may make you bloat and appear fatter. Sounds like an interesting concept, but I'd stick to eating normally! As long as you can control yourself, and don't eat it every day and in big amounts, it's fine. I think what your friend is doing is a little nonsensical, sorry.
