There are two ways to solve this problem:
1. You can just simply ask her. A lot of girls think that is sweet and thoughtful, asking if they actually wanna make-out.
2. When you do kiss, [try when you are just alone], slowing start to widen your mouth more and reach your tongue out just a bit [so she gets the picture]. But, if she pulls away, quickly go back to a regular kiss. Make sure you take it slow and easy, so she doesn't feel uncomfortable.

Just stick your tongue, into her mouth, slowly. It might shock her a little. It did me, when he first did it. Because I've never kissed/made out with anyone before. But, once you do it.. she'll do it back. Thats basically, all there is to it. Inless you wanna like, tell onna her friends you wanna make out with her.. but eh, i like the other way better.

well, it's something that happends naturally when there your in a romantic situation. so, get in to a regular romantic situation where both of you have kissed before. then, slowly slide your toungue into her mouth. there really isn't much to it than that i guess. good luck
