how dod i put a picture on my advice coloum i uploaded it but it didnt work.

upload it on to tinypic, get the adress url, and put it in the spot where it says that on address url in profile lsettings

Go to
www.photobucket.com
If you don't have an account there then make one.
Upload the picture from your computer onto photobucket. Copy the URL then go to profile settings and paste it where it says picture URL.
