nail polish biter-offer.

hi im 18 years old and ever since i was about 6 and started painting my nails and that same day or after i eat the nail polish off my nails like i peel it off with my teeth. I have been doing it ever since and i told my aunt and shes like you STILL do that you can get stomach cancer or another crazy diesese! is this true?? how bad is it for you?? please help

It is bad for you because of the chemicals that are in it. it can be bad for your stomach esecially if you swallow. You coudl get a bad diesease from it because of the chemicals and different things that are in it.

nail polish and nail polish remover are both very harmful. thats why if you use them as household inhalants, you can pass out, and even go into a coma.


maybe you should try bying this type ofclear nail polish that goes on top of reagular colored nail polish. it tastes really bad, so youll stop

yes it can be very harmful


nail polish contains alot of toxins and can be very dangerous if you ingest that much

are you actually EATING the nail polish once it's pulled off your nail? If so, there's a disorder for that called PICA. Most commonly it is suspected that emotional disturbance and deficiencies of iron or zinc may lead to this condition.

Getting stomach cancer or another disease is probably just something she tells you to scare you so you'll stop doing it. If you are EATING it, then you are toxicating your blood though. (according to the many websites I found about this)

i have no clue if it will give you a disease or not but you could look it up on ask.com...i do that too and it doesnt hurt me!!!
