weight hya im 13 n i weigh 11 stone!! well ive lost half a stone naw but its taken me weeks i go 2 the gym n i generally eat healthy but im going on holiday soon i want to get down to atleest 9 half n thts in bout 4 weeks any1 hu has any ideas please write something quik.... im relli sad because of it fanks x

As someone who's lived in Ireland I know the stone system well, ok if you are in the UK or Ireland they have awesome weight watcher frozen dinners also drink plenty of water if you drink at least 10-12 lg glasses a day make sure that there is little salt in it as you will retain water with salt. The best exercises you can do to lose weight is walking, quickly, and swimming laps.
If you don't want to go the frozen meal way then here is what you do: do not eat 3 times a day, eat six small meals instead, this is the way our bodies were actually built to eat. Eat more green vegatables then anything as they contain the least calories, also lots of protein (meats, nuts etc..) and very few carbs but DO eat some carbs otherwise you will get really ill.
Eat your biggest meals in the mornings, medium in the afternoon and small in the evening. Also try not to eat after 6pm as you won't burn anything after that.

okay well being 11 stone is the same as 154 pounds. and one stone is the same as 11 pounds. so you've lost 1/2 a stone which means that you've lost 5.5 pounds. that's really good! so you have 4 weeks and you want to lose 1.5 stones (16.5 pounds).
all you can really do is watch what you eat and exercise daily. but don't cut out too much food or else your body will go into starvation mode and you will actually GAIN weight. ]
