ok so I am 13 but I want to learn and get started on being a cosmetolisgist are there any websites that can teach me how to cut peoples hair properly without having to buy a book and stuff?

Well your 13, your about in 7th going into 8th grade right?
The best thing to do is google some hair cutting websites, or cosmotology websites, and find some books too, but I woudlnt start cutting anyone elses hair but your own, until you have a professional degree, once you've graduated college. :]

Ususaly In high School you take Classes For cosmetology ; Which i also Like to do =]
But, Anyway you could probably just search It up on Google Or Something But im Sure you wont learn much properly with out havin to pay you would probably be safer buying a cosmetology book, because not everything on the internet is accurate. but its cool that you want to start early, but im not positive finding it on the web is a good idea .
