Does anyone know a website where you can find out how many calories and carbs are in foods?

I don't know of any websites but I am possitive there are nutrition books that tell you everything about foods...

Here is a little fun fact for you...
When eating celery you don't gain any calories you actually lose them from all the chewing you have to do.
