There are many different ways. I think, what I do, works the best. Since it's summer, and its really hot, you're likely to sweat. So, dress up in a sweatshirt, or sweat pants, or even both, and go for a walk for an hour every day. Some of our body weight is water, a.k.a. sweat. You can also eat smaller portions at meal times, and eat healthy foods. Like salad, and veggies, and fruits. You can have some sweets every once in a while, but sometimes that's a little too tempting. But the very first think you want to do, is set a goal. Like, say you're 160 pounds, set your weight ten pounds lower. Since this is for one month, set it 5-10 pounds lower.
