Is there any certain type of food/s that will help put weight on ur arms and legs?

AH! well the key here is building muscle.

Try running or working out at a local gym and even if you cannot attend a gym try lifting smaller weights and gain lean muscle!
Also try eating foods high in protein such as chicken.

I'm assuming that you are doing this because you are underweight..I am the same way. Foods with alot of protein will most def help. Alot of meat, vegetables, junk food like twinkies, doughnuts, ect. Hope I helped =]]]
