sauna belt for stomach

i was watching tv and i saw this commercial to lose weight using the sauna belt ..like you would put it around your stomach and you could lose inches.. i was wondering if anyone has ever tried this sauna belt before and if it acutally worked and where can i buy this and how much does it cost?

That concept has been around for decades & no it doesn't work. Don't be fat & expect some belt to do the job for you. If you want to lose weight, start eating healthy & go run.

It totally does not work, all it does is shift the fat for a short period of time.

i saw a magazine article on this. it doesn't work. it makes your stomach look smaller, but idk if thats what you wanna do?? at least its not the thing you should do. i'd stick to exercising & watching what you eat.

I dont think that the sauna belt is a good way to lose weight. It is expensive and it only makes your stomach smaller for a couple of hours. If you want to be skinny then you should try going on a healthy diet and do crunches, go running, etc.
