EverSoSweetx answered Monday July 24 2006, 11:43 pm: People consider Catcher in the Rye good because of the internal conflict that Holden Caulfield deals with. They like it because they can relate to it. They also enjoy it because of how Holden struggles with reality.
I personally enjoy reading because it helps me when I am depressed or stressed. I can see people in worse situations without leaving my house.

I have a short attention span also known as ADD so i dont care for reading books unless they arent huge and they are mysterious. It also depends on the type of book... cook books are good.
