my arms...

Question Posted Sunday July 23 2006, 12:45 am

so for some reason like right in my armpit area, theres some extra fat that ive noticed other people dont have. my mom has it too, so it might just be genetic. but it bothers me because when i wear a tank top, sometimes you can see it fold over. i have a small figure, so i dont know why its there. does anyone know how to make it go away??

13/f

Okay so I had the same thing when I was your age, I really don't know why it happens but it does to a lot of girls, at 13 most are at the age when they lose their child figure and get ther more womanly body and somehow a little something remains anyhow you can totally get rid of it. Push-ups BIG TIME will help and that machine at the gym where your arms are up and bent into the "L" shape and you bring them towards each other, grr I can't remember what it's called but it works really good. Also you can do soemthing easy at home, hold both arms straight out to the side and bring them up and down, kinda like your trying to fly, it sounds silly but do 100-200 at night and you'll see a difference. Hope this is helpful and that I made sense. :)

Well it might be genetic. And if you have a average body weight, Then you just might want to start saving up money to remove it. Or wear stuff to hide it.
