Dear, open up Opening up is really hard for some people your not the only one the best thing i can tell you is it takes time and trust..you may want to start talking to yourself infront of the mirrior so you'll be more comfortable talking to other then slowly try and be more open don't think something's wrong with you it's natural.

just let it all OUT everything thats ever been bothering you let it out.if you dont let it out itll get bigger and bigger till you get depression and can EVEN cause you health problems!first off start by saying there are a lot of problems i want to talk to you about then just let it out one at a time, its not gonna be that hard, shes not gonna make fun of you, shes gonna help you.if you dont then your going to face very bad consenquences.

Well, I had that problem. You have to look at the stuff that needs to be talked aboot. Or ask qustion. Push yourself to not care! Its hard I know. But if you think something needs to be talked aboot then it needs to be. If your just looking for Opinions... theres nothing wourg with asking some ones opinion. And its your family. They`ll talk. Maybe, idk its your aunt? some aunts are cool some arent. But Push!!!!! You can do it, Its not the end to your life! And you might need to let go of somethings.

okay.
Its pretty hard for me to open up to people too.
but certain incidents occured and i've learned.
just do it. don't think about it, don't wonder if its bad or if they'll be mad or anything like that.
just speak ur mind.
don't even think about it beefore u talk about it.
just let it come.
it might be hard but yoou're gunna hve to do it.
