Oh, if you want to do the three friends thing, you could do that in Paint (every computer has that in accesories.) get the first pic(edit > paste from), and drag it to the left however much you want. then you can chop off the rest of the pic that you dont want. then keep doing that. if you dont understand i can explain it better. just ask :] [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

Paint shop pro 7 is what I use.
Free trial @ jasc.com
You get your photos.
You click the crop button [hover over buttons to see the name]
You click in a corner and stretch out.
Then on the right there's a little window [Tool Options] and a button that says "Crop Image"
So click it.
--Do that to any other photos.--
Then you click the paintbrush on the set of tools.
The box on the side "Tool Options"
Right below the X [where you close the little window]
There's a paintbrush you click
Go to custom and there are brushes you could use to make your photos all fancy.
