a friends cousin

My friend has a cousin who is to rough on me and I don't know how to tell him that I don't want to hang around his cousin she is way to rough on me and forces him to join in with it and I dont know what to do can any of you help me.

I would very clearly tell your cousin that you don't like their friend and why. If you are not comfortable doing that then ask your cousin who is going to be there when you hang out, and decline to hang if that person will be there.

If it doesn't stop then tell either a parent or your aunt or uncle.
