well i have some ideas but im not sure if your a vegetarian or anything but...
for an appetizer you can make them simple ceaser salad (lettuce, chicken, tomato, parmesan, and ceasur dressing)
for the course meal you can use that same chicken but cook it in the oven but to marinate it you can collect some herbs thyme, etc and stuff it in the chicken i also like to put a little bit of lemon zest for a nice flavor lol
for the side courses mashed potatoes (theres some stuff where it comes in powder and you add milk and butter and they turn out so fluffy and good its a blue package and it takes like five minutes) and a sautted vegetable of your choice
for desert you can make them a chocolate "lava" cake by signature deserts
for the course meal you might have to look up for the chicken because i dont no wht temp of oven etc
i hope i helped and goodluck
:D

the easiest 3 course meal would be to make some shrimp thats easy just boil some water and make sure its very hot and have some shrimp in a strainer and poor the water on the shrimp that will automatically cook the shrimp and have some dipping sause to go with the shrimp and that can be your appetizer if not shrimp you can make some garlic bread just get some italian bread and but butter fresh chopped up garlic in a jar and some parmesan cheese then put the bread in the oven until golden brown .. For dinner perhaps something else easy like spaghetti and meatballs which is very simple just get some fresh hamburger and take a little bit at a time depending on how big you want your meatballs to be and just roll the meat into a ball but make sure you have a pan of sause on the stove so that you can put the meatballs in the sause so that the sause and the meatballs can cook together so that the meatballs will be nice and juicy. to make your sause taste really good put some sugar and italian seasoning and a lil bit of onion and garlic powder. then leave the sause on the stove until the meatballs are well done if your not sure just cut one open.. then when your sause is done leave it one the stove on low heat then make the noodles make sure to make the noodles alidonta so that they are not to hard or to mushy just have a pan on water and put a ver little bit of veg oil so that the noodles wont stick make sure to keep checking the noodles so they will come out perfect test one every now and then to see if they are nice and chewy.. and for desert you can make strawberry shortcakes just make some biscuts and have some fresh strawberrys and with some strawberry juice mix them in a bowl with some sugar and put in the fridge for them to cool them some get some whipped cream so just have the biscut then some strawberries then then whipped cream then there is your 3 course meal

i hope that sounds good
good luck :)

For the the appetizer you can make nachos or just prepare a nice salad. Now for a meal i have this great Chicken francese recipe i make it's really good.
you will need four skinless boneless chicken breasts
some flour
1-2 eggs
one lemon
salt and pepper

now put the olive oil in the frying pan. Once hot place the chicken in the pan to cook. When the chicken is cooked squeeze the lemon over the chicken and reduce heat(chicken should take 2-3 minutes each side)NOW ENJOY!

about 2tbs of olive oil

this is a good butter cake recipe for dessert..

1 package yellow cake mix
1 egg
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted
Mint leaves, for garnish
Whipped cream, for garnish
Filling:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
1 (16-ounce) box powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
mix the cake mix, egg, and butter together and mix well. Pat into a greased 13 by 9-inch baking pan.

Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla.Add the butter and mix well. Add the powdered sugar and mix well. Spread over the cake mixture. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. You want the center to be a little gooey.

hope this helps!

love,
brittni

Wow there are tons and tons of things you could make. First you kind of need to decided a "theme ingridient" that way you can tie everything together well. For example, If you are going to make chicken you could: Have a fruit salad to start off with consisiting of you favorite fruits and maybe with a sweetened yogurt or sourcream based dipping dressing. (Add sugar to it). Then you could cook chicken breasts or strips with a honey/citrus barbeque marinade or something like that for flavor. For dessert..anything. Since it's so hot out, try something with ice cream..and maybe a fruit compote or something.
