My friend
My Friend is really fun to hang out with but she seems really flaky sometimes and shes boycrazy way too much but weve been best friends since fourth grade and I don't wan't to loose that friendship but she totally blows me off sometimes but also we can talk on the phone for hours .Am I just being paranoid ???? I know this is kinda a dumb Question I just am kinda wonderin.

You're not being paranoid. All girls get a little boy crazed sometimes and everyone can be flaky but if its getting out of control maybe you should talk to her. Yes she might take it the wrong way but in the end you can probably help her. Friends have disagreements and arent exactly alike so if you want to keep her as close as always consider that flaky may just be how she is. Another idea is to consult a mutual friend about the situation but make sure its someone you trust because that other friend may make it seem like your talking about ur other friend behind her back. But talking to someone you trust can help you see if your friend is really just a flaky chick (not that thats a bad thing all the time) or if its just in ur head. I really hope i helped you. :)
