later this week i would really like to go take my driving permit and i was wondering what kind of questions will be on the test? i live in massachusetts and i've looked at many websites so could i get some questions please. when u do get a driving permit does it mean u can practice driving with a parents?
The permit, in most states, allows you to drive as long as there is a parent (or other adult over the age of 21) with a valid license. [ hannahd's advice column | Ask hannahd A Question ]

However, to prepare you for the test, you should get a Massachusetts State Drivers Manual and study it. Every single one of the questions that is on the test is taken from that book.
Having a drivers permit is classified as a learner's liscense. It has a restriction on it which states that you cannot be operating a motor vehicle without a liscensed adult [21+] in the front passanger seat. So, yes, having a driving permit means you practice driving with a parent.

Now, if you are wanting to get access to material to study for your written exam, the best place to go will be your county's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). There is usually one located in your county courthouse.
If you don't have a way to get there, just call up the DMV and ask them to send you the book you need to study for your test.
I don't know how things work in Massachusetts, but in Kansas, the state is required to send you the booklet to study. [ Brandi_S's advice column | Ask Brandi_S A Question ]
