for the past two days.. practically eating nonstop

okay.. well this is a huge problem for me and has been going on for a while now but is getting worse.. for the past two days ive been eating almost nonstop & its hard for me to stop when i do.. its crazy.. im normally not like this.. i dont know what to do. ive tried everything.. it might be lack of sleep but then again how do all those movie stars that maybe get 4 hours of sleep & hardly eat!! I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO AND REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS.

p.s. im thinking maybe its just im so bored!! i dont know what to do.

hey.
dude, I had this same problem! Like, I think that it is because you are bored. That is what it was for me. Like ok, so I would be watching TV or something, and it would be a creepy lifetime movie where the wife and daughter would get their heads cut off or something gross like that. And then I Would be hungry *ok, maybe not in a movie like that, but in the middle of a TV show, I would get hungry* and then I would go up and eat. 30 minutes later, I would be even hungrier! And I had no idea!

Well, then school started. And I didnt eat hardly as much. Like breakfast. A light lunch. End of school. snack. Homework. Dinner. Homework. Hockey. Go to bed at 10 and get up at 6. Lots of sleep, yeah, but because I was so busy, I didn't really have time to eat. I was running around doing all these things that I basically forgot that i was hungry, or if i got a hunger pain, i would shrug it off until i got home or until i finished my homeowork or something like that.

So this summer, I am at camp from 9-12. When I get home... I dont even get home until 4. I go to the pool club... its a huge private pool with about 400 members... but only 150 people are there max. every day. I am always swimming or playing basketball or attempting tennis *tennis is not my sport!! I am not graceful with a tennis raquet!* Or Im hanging out with friends or people I have never met. I just hate to be bored because then I eat like crazy!

So I would suggest hanging with people. Like at the mall. Going to see a movie *with no food... a waterbottle and a spoon,.... spoon, i know, weird, but i like to suck on them>! Crazy, i know! So maybe not the spooon,....* because with no food, you arnt tempted to eat anything and no one wants to miss part of the movie to get food!! Or go to the beach or lake with some friends or even just a fully charged ipod and a cell phone. *cell phone for calling friends.! =]* Go to a camp..... go swimming..... just hang with anyone. =]

It helps with being hungry. I think its just being bored! I mean, after all, its summer. How much stress can one person have when you get up at noon and go to bed at 1 in the morning? SUMMER IS FOR RELAXING! haha. Yeah it is!

there are so much reasons as to why you eat a lot.one reason could be that you have been on a strict diet and prevented yourself from everything then one day you just couldnt take it anymore and ate it all,its not good to go on diets that prevent junk food completly cuz youll stop for a while then go crazy.another reason could be that you watch a lot of tv and eat,eating infront of the tv makes you just eat and eat and not even notice it.another reason is that you can be bored,you just cant find anything to do so you eat and last reason is sometimes when ppl are sad they take it out on the food.so in order to stop this you have to arrange your meals breakfast and lunch and you dont have to eat dinner its much healthier and you can eat a lil junk but not too much good luck

there are many reasons why you might be doing this...
1. bored
2. stressed
3. upset
4. worried
and more.....if you want to stop eatting so much food then you have to find out what the problem is try when ever you feel like eatting go read or watch TV or go out side if you keep on doing that eventually you won't have to and you won't be eatting so much food, if it is because your stressed, upset, worried, or whatever find out what its about and after you find the problem try to fix it and maybe you will stop eatting a lot...hope i help
