14/f/with cerebral palsy..i dont know if that contributes to this , vut just in case.
I have this twiching right above the left side of my right knee, it has been going on for many days.. Then my right foot is really swollen and puffy,It hurts really bad to walk , the pain is mostly where the top of my foot meets my leg, and none of my shoes fit. plus the pain is awful.
Does anyone know what could have caused this and how to make it go away?

It also could be something like you hurt your achillies tendon, having done that myself I know that it hurts like the dickens! I would suggest you speak to your doctor asap so that he/she can deal with this and get rid of any pain you have. In the meantime take a light painkiller like motrin or tylonol. I would not be able to tell you what is causing all the pain so I suggest it would be a good idea to have a chat with your doctor about it. They are the only one who can really say for sure what is going on. I wish you all the best and hope that the pain disappears very soon. [ Elcee's advice column | Ask Elcee A Question ]
