I count 28 days from the beginning.
But it may not be 28 days. Sometimes its a shorter time in between and sometimes its way longer. I count off 28 days, but I normally go 35 or so days.

well its from the end but most people arent 28 days.. thats an average. there is a way to figure out yuor cycle length but i am unsure but you can prob find it online. you calculate your period lenght and you weight and what not

28-31 days after the end of your period your next period will come. I assume that you just got your period? If so, periods can fluxuate for the first 6-18 months. They can come every 21-35 days and its normal. After the first year it should be pretty normal, 25-33 days, but if you still can never predict when your next period is going to come after a year and a half ask a doctor next time you see them. If there's no urgency, there's no need to book an appointment.
