omg my stubbon belly fat is starting to bug the hell out of

I have a lil pot belly and its bugging me i dont eat fast food junk food or anything.. i eat healthy and i have been eating healthy for 3 years and i dont just sit around all day doing nothing im an active person i do hip hop dancing and i have been doin it for years and i could of imagined that my belly would have flattened by then but it hasnt.. its not noticable to others because i look skinny to them because of my height and stuff but my belly is the only thing thats kinda fat on me.. i have tried everything to get rid of it but nothing has seemed to work.. i know i shouldnt care about it because its not like a gross huge belly its just a lil one.. so please if you would people what else is there for me to do to get rid of it please help it would make me happy

it might be because of your relitives people who have relitives that are a little over weight or fat (no offence) might have some of it in their genes that might be why you have a "lil pot belly" i hope that helps try doingcrunches becuase they are good for that area hope it helps

Side crunches and wall sits have helped me. Also that website is great, even if you didn't just have a baby. It helps with the target areas you're talking about because that's the areas we have problems with after being pregnant. Good luck.

do like 100 sit ups every nite
sometimes its hereditary and you cant get rid of it
