belly fat I'm an average sized 13 year old girl. The only thing I don't like about my body is that I have a fairly large amount of belly fat. It keeps me from wearing a lot of pants because I can't get a size that isn't too long and fits well around my belly. The fat buldging around the pants doesn't look too attractive either (this ALSO prevents me from wearing a 2 piece swim suit!). I was wondering what kind of exercises I could do to eliminate the belly and specific things I could do that would help...I'm ready to say GOOD BYE to the belly! Thanks!

That is a website for women who have just had a baby but it helps all girls/women work on their stomach. Those exercises are wonderful.
Also be sure to be eating 4 or 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones. Never skip breakfast. Don't drink soda. Drink tons of water.

What I do to lower belly fat is crunches. Or another way to cut back on calories and sweets. I mean there really isn't very many things you could do that are really specific to fix that one area.
