just make casual conversation and smile... try to throw some not so corny jokes in there too... but just be yourself. if guy likes you, he will come around and you will be able to know if he does or not, just dont push it or stress yourself, hes not the only fish in the fish bowl.

Smile and giggle a lot! Look him in the eyes for at least 4 secs. that will let him know your interested. :)
