Yes. Some people don't stop developing properly until they are like 20 years old. Everyone develops in their own time. There is not a certain age at which we are supposed to stop developing. Everyone is different. Just don't waste time worrying about it. :)

Yes. Breasts grow up until your early 20's. They also grow/shrink when you gain or lose weight. Or with pregnancy of course.

yea thats natural a girls body will keep developing and changing until she is 21...then again we could always get fat by eating like a monster..but that is a differnt problem...alright well just dont worry

Yes.. that is the last thing to stop growing during puberty (along with your spine). most peoples are done growing anywhere from the age 18 even into their 20s
