ok i really think i can help you with this i have played football for seven years i mean i know i havent been a reciever but i have noticed alot about it im actually a linebacker and full back but catching the ball is not the only statistic in football you have to be able to do alot more than just catch the ball you need to be able to tackle block run cut and many other things and also no matter how much you catch the ball if when u catch it you cant run itok i really think i can help you with this i have played football for seven years i mean i know i havent been a reciever but i have noticed alot about it im actually a linebacker and full back but catching the ball is not the only statistic in football you have to be able to do alot more than just catch the ball you need to be able to tackle block anywhere then it dont matter how many times you can catch it. and also people really dont notice how many times you catch the ball unless its a big dive catch over about 3 defenders. but just keep it up and maybe start practicing on some other things like tackleing and running then maybe people will change there opinion on you.. hope i helped

I don't see the question here, but just ignore it when they say it. They only say that to see you get mad. If you ignore it, they will get bored and forget about it.
