Jerk It Out!

Question Posted Wednesday July 12 2006, 5:12 pm

In the Caesers song "Jerk it Out", does it really mean to um... jerk it out? Sorry, I don't want to sound vulgar but I was singing it and my mum asked me if it meant that.
