ok well hi.
i kinda love this guy who doesnt expect it at all.. he totally loves someone else who hates him.i wish he noticed me, but i know he doesnt. i like him A LOT. please help me =/

Hmmmm that's a little tough. What I would do is go up to him and just look him straight in the eyes and say, "I love you. I couldn't imagine life without you and I really want to date you. I know you have a crush on (whoever) and I know that you want to date her. All I want to see is you happy and I know that she will break your heart and if that happens I don't think I could live with myself." See what his responce is and if he says no and goes after her anyway, she will of course put him down and hhe will turn 2 you for support. Or at least, he should if he doesn't that it's your job to aproach him and comfort him.
