like i need to lose some weight NOW!!

I really need to lose weight before volleyball... i'm 5'8 and 125 and i wanna be around 115 or 110 so like how can i lose weight fast????

hi-what you should do is maybe do about 20 sit ups a day, eat healthy foods and go to a local gym to workout. i wish i were you though. im 5'3'' and am 135lbs. i wish i had your body. If you have anymore questions or need more advice, ask me in my column. Don't forget to leave feedback.

I play volleyball and i an bout 5'4 and i weigh 110 pounds, all you need to do is find a place to run and wear like sweat pants and a hoodie, then run like a mile everyday.

if you only wanna loose like 10-15 pounds it is simply easy to do. if you do like 25-40 or even 50 crunches/sistups right before you go to bed or when you wake up.. when you go to bed would be best though. if you do that you should loose some what of weight. and if you watch what you eat. like if you have healthy food you wont gain like a lot of weight while your trying to loose it but dont starve yourself. i hope this helped

You're BMI is 18, so you are under weight! I know you don't want to hear this, but you really shouldn't lose any weight. To stay healthy & to make sure you don't gain back any pounds just simply eat healthy meaning no junk foods and lots of fruits & veggies! And for excersizing just do cardio like walking running dancing and swimming for atleast 30 mins a day.

instead of losing weight (which you don't need to since you are tall), work out to get stronger. you might gain weight because muscle is heavier but it's worth it come vball season! do lunges with hand weights, push ups, sit ups, stuff you would normally do at conditioning and have a great season. if you try to lose all the weight fast, you won't be healthy and you won't play as well. <3

i know you might hear this a lot, but eating healthy will work. not just staying away from donuts and other things liket that ... i mean limit your serving and how much you consume. i don`t diet but a lot of my friends do and my closest friend > worked out - ate healthy - and kept an eye out for carbs and all. it worked like a charm, and quickly too. i hope you meet your goal!! =]
