The pastor at my church is sick and members of my church are going on a juice fast for 7 days. I am 5'6" and I weigh about 130 pounds (mostly muscle). My question is about how much weight will I lose during this and what's the safest way to come off the fast and try to gain my weight back (in muscle)?
Thanks sooooooo much!!!!

You can probably stick to your athletics to keep yourself still muscular. Maybe limit the exerise a little bit. Just make sure you are always hydrated. I'm not sure if your on a juice fast if you can have water but if you are you should have as much as you can of it. I'm not sure where you live, but in this summer heat it's important to stay hydrated. You can eat whatever you usually ate before the fasting. Just don't overdo it, and don't eat to less. I hope I helped at all, please ask me any other questions. Good Luck. I love feedback good and bad!

But anyways, when your getting back off your fast, dont eat too much too quickly, start off with not a lot, and just go on from there, otherwise you could make yourself sick.
